Where Daisy Disk excels is two places. Updating my computer didn't help, and I downloaded DaisyDisk to see what it was and about 25 gb of it is asl files in my private folder. I tried looking online to see. In particular local backups are stored in /.MobileBackups and are not visible to the program.
